We carefully hand pack each jar into USPS Flat Rate boxes and do everything in our power to keep them safe. Unfortunately we don’t live in a perfect world and every now and again jars get broken and packages are lost. In the event that happens to you, please click the link below and File a Claim with USPS. When a package is damaged they have a record of it. Just provide your personal info and the tracking number from the label and you will be reimbursed up to $50/depending on what was damaged. Once reimbursed you are more then welcome to reorder from us so you get any and all the products we offer.
