Carolina Pulled Pork Recipe
- Rub pork shoulder/butt/picnic cut liberally with Pit Master BBQ Rub.
- Smoke low and slow at 225 degrees till the center temperature reads 190 degrees.
- Remove from smoker, tent with foil and rest for 30 minutes.
- Pull and serve with your favorite Que sauce.
