17 ounce brine pack good for up to 18 pound turkey.
Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add contents of brine pack.
Stir until dissolved then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Add 2 gallons of water to a 5 gallon food grade bucket and add cooled brine.
Place uncooked turkey in chilled brine fully submerged for 8-24 hours.
When done remove turkey from brine and rinse thoroughly with running water.
Pat dry and cook according to instructions.
For best results pat dry and allow to chill in fridge overnight uncovered.
